About the Position

The NOW Massage in Downtown Naperville is seeking a motivated, service-oriented Management in Training candidate interested in developing leadership skills and building a career in wellness and spa management.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, creating exceptional guest experiences, supporting team members, and learning the operational side of a business. The successful candidate will receive hands-on training and opportunities to develop the skills needed for increased management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Support daily studio operations and maintain a professional, welcoming environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and help ensure a positive guest experience.
• Assist with team leadership, staff development, and employee engagement.
• Support scheduling, sales initiatives, and studio performance goals.
• Assist with administrative tasks and operational procedures.
• Maintain studio standards, cleanliness, and organization.
• Learn management processes and prepare for future leadership responsibilities.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a team environment.
• Interest in leadership, business operations, and the wellness industry.
• Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or leadership is preferred but not required.

Compensation and Growth Opportunities

Annual earning potential of $35,000–$50,000 through hourly pay, commission, and bonuses. Part-time schedule to begin, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position. Hands-on management training and professional development. Opportunity to build leadership skills and advance within studio operations.
