• Maintain daily operations of Treasurer’s Office, which includes answering the phone, processing mail/email, opening and closing the office, and provide office coverage throughout the day.
• Direct constituents to appropriate agency when requesting service.
• Perform fiscal tasks such as processing juror and witness checks, as well as, provide support with maintaining detailed office records for payments/reimbursements.
• Support documentation required for state related functions.

QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related discipline, or equivalent work experience is preferred. Creative, self-starter with the ability to think critically, communicate effectively (verbal and written), confront challenging obstacles, define practical solutions, and implement successful strategies. A strong analytical acumen, and a foundational knowledge of financial literacy best practices and principles.
