Maintenance mechanic, jml care center

Perform specific tasks and ensure maintenance schedules are followed according to respective shift schedules and daily work assignments.

Follow established safety policies and procedures to maintain department compliance at all times.

Wear/use safety equipment and supplies.

Ensure facility equipment is properly maintained, report all malfunctions to supervisor.

Inspect and test departments equipment on a scheduled basis.

Perform other tasks as deemed necessary by supervisor.

Maintain the confidentiality of all resident care information including protected health information. Report known or suspected incidents of unauthorized disclosure of such information; and adhere to Resident’s rights.

Attend and participate in annual facility in-services, training programs as scheduled. (e.g., OSHA, TB, HIPAA, Abuse Prevention, Safety, etc.)

Required to be on call and carry communication device, as directed, and report when needed within (20) minutes.
