Overview

We are seeking a skilled MOBILE Massage Therapist to support in the Encino area. The ideal candidate will have a passion for promoting health and wellness through therapeutic massage techniques. This is a Part-time position. 2 10-hour shifts OR 20 hours per week.

Duties

• Perform various types of massages including deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and other specialized techniques.
• Conduct patient assessments to determine the most suitable massage treatments.
• Provide exceptional patient service and care during massage sessions.
• Utilize medical terminology effectively in patient interactions.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Must have a valid state massage therapy license.
• Must be punctual and professional with excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
• Ability to conduct physical examinations for massage suitability.
• Strong skills in acute pain management.
• Excellent patient assessment capabilities.
• Prior experience in deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy is preferred.
