Job Description

Licensed Insurance Sales Producer | Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

Gibson Insurance is seeking a motivated, results-driven Insurance Sales Producer to join our growing sales team in a full-time, remote position. This is a dedicated insurance sales role focused on generating new business. Producers are expected to remain focused on prospecting, quoting, follow-up, and closing—not customer service or office management.

Gibson Insurance invests heavily in paid lead generation, CRM technology, automated follow-up, quoting technology, and a large and growing prospect database. We provide the infrastructure, systems, training, and sales opportunities. We are looking for a producer who will consistently work those opportunities and turn them into customers. Our training approach is practical and hands-on. You’ll learn our systems, quoting process, products, sales approach, workflows, and expectations while receiving coaching, feedback, and support. Producers are expected to apply feedback, learn by doing, and become increasingly independent.

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

Location: Remote

Compensation: Guaranteed Base Salary + Commission | No Draw

Base compensation is determined by experience, licensing, demonstrated sales ability, and overall fit. The base salary is separate from earned commissions and is not an advance or draw against future commissions. Commission opportunity is uncapped, providing successful producers meaningful earning potential based directly on individual sales production. Gibson Insurance is continuing to grow, and strong producers have the opportunity to grow with the organization. Increased compensation and responsibility are based on demonstrated performance, reliability, consistency, and production.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who wants to develop a valuable insurance sales skill set, build a long-term career in insurance, and have meaningful control over their earning potential.
