This is a full-time, remote or on-site position supporting attorneys, clients, and the day-to-day movement of cases from opening to closing. You’ll work with courts, agencies, clients, and our team while learning and using modern technology and advanced case-management systems. If you’re organized, curious, team-oriented, and enjoy helping things run smoothly, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

  • Open and close case files and keep them organized and up to date.
  • Track cases, deadlines, and tasks from start to finish.
  • Prepare, proofread, and format legal documents and correspondence.
  • Prepare motions for attorney review and track them through completion.
  • Communicate with courts, agencies, vendors, clients, and potential clients.
  • Help keep attorneys and clients informed as cases move forward.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–3 years of experience in a law firm or professional office, including administrative and scheduling responsibilities.
  • Strong organization, communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and follow through.
  • Comfortable learning new technology and systems.
  • Proficiency with Mac OS, Apple Mail, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with case management, CRM, or docketing software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • College degree preferred; significant relevant experience may be considered in place of a degree.
