Are you a hospitality leader who knows how to keep hotel front desk operations running smoothly while delivering an outstanding guest experience? We're looking for an experienced Front Office Manager to lead the front desk team at a New York City hotel.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
• Lead, schedule, train, and support front office staff.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.
• Monitor room availability, occupancy, and daily front office reports.
• Maintain accurate records and uphold hotel policies and service standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve front desk efficiency and guest satisfaction.

What You'll Bring

• Experience in hotel front office operations or guest services.
• Previous supervisory or management experience.
• Required: Hands-on experience with OnQ Property Management System (PMS).
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Excellent organization, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
