• LEARN THE WYLER WAY! Help customers find the right vehicle to fit their needs and budget.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
• Build long-term customer relationships and generate repeat and referral business.
• Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and prospective customers.
• Learn and confidently present vehicle features, benefits, and available options.
• Work directly with our four sales managers to structure and finalize deals.
• Collaborate with our seven finance managers throughout the purchasing process.
• Consistently work toward individual and dealership sales goals.
• Maintain a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and professional approach.
