Crelate, a growing startup with over 1,500 customers, is hiring an SEO & Marketing Programs Specialist. This is hands-on, last-mile execution: you will own outcomes, not slide decks, and have work live in your first month. Crelate's mission is to help more people connect with better opportunities, more often. Role Summary:

The SEO & Marketing Programs Specialist is a scrappy, last-mile execution role focused on two engines that grow inbound: refreshing and expanding our organic content/SEO footprint, and executing our sponsorship and co-marketing programs. Working closely with the Director of Marketing, you'll do the work directly: updating and optimizing pages, producing content, working in the HTML and the automation when that's what it takes to ship, and delivering on partnership commitments. This is a builder's role for someone who likes to own execution end to end and see the results in rankings, traffic, and program deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• SEO & content renewal: Renew and optimize our ranked back-catalog (~600 pages): update the valuable pages, prune and de-index the dead ones, and get our ~150 podcast pages ranking, using SEMrush, Google Search Console, and AI tooling.
• Maintain the SEO master plan: identify the pages to update, track status, and report on rankings and organic traffic.
• Produce net-new, SEO/AEO-optimized content and on-page improvements that grow organic pipeline, and optimize pages for AI/answer-engine (AEO) visibility.
• Sponsorships & co-marketing: Execute our sponsorship and industry-association programs (NAPS and state chapters, AESC, TechServe, NPAWorldWide, SRA, Pinnacle, and others): memberships, deliverables, and renewals.
• Deliver on co-marketing commitments: webinars, newsletter and email placements, website mentions, and press releases.
• Coordinate sponsorship webinars end to end (promotion, registration, and follow-up) in support of lead-generation goals, and track spend, deliverables, and results against the plan.
• Keep the marketing master plan and content/sponsorship calendars current, and support integration-partner backlink outreach.
• Build the mechanics yourself (page HTML/CSS, no-code integrations, your own data pulls) rather than waiting in an engineering queue.
• Hold the brand bar on everything that ships: polished, approachable, premium.

Skills & Experience:

• 2+ years of actual business experience in marketing (content/SEO, digital, or programs/field marketing), ideally at a B2B SaaS or services company.
• Strong AI skills: Put AI to work to accelerate time to value and the impact you can have, while being 100% responsible for output.
• Hands-on SEO skills: comfortable with SEMrush (or Ahrefs), Google Search Console, and on-page optimization, and using AI tools to work at volume.
• Strong writer and editor who can refresh and produce content that both ranks and reads well.
• Organized program executor who can juggle memberships, deliverables, and deadlines across multiple partners.
• Comfortable in HubSpot and WordPress/Elementor, plus marketing and analytics tools.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative, able to take strategy set by others and run with it independently.
• Technical: comfortable in HTML/CSS, no-code integrations, and pulling your own data.
• Detail-obsessed: you catch the broken link, the wrong UTM, and the off-brand button before a customer does.
• Bias for action and fast moving, without ever letting the brand look unfinished.
• Recruiting, staffing, or HR-tech familiarity is a plus.
