Salary Range: $35.00 - $45.00 Hourly

Position Summary

Farmington Country Club is seeking a skilled Journeyman Electrician / Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our Facilities Maintenance team. The successful candidate must have experience working on electrical systems ranging from 480-volt distribution equipment down to 12-volt low-voltage systems. While this position will assist with a variety of facility maintenance activities as directed, the majority of the work is expected to be electrical in nature.

Primary Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems from 480V through 12V low-voltage applications
• Perform preventative maintenance on electrical equipment and building systems
• Troubleshoot motors, lighting systems, controls, panels, and kitchen equipment
• Maintain compliance with applicable electrical codes and safety standards
• Document work performed and communicate project status

Additional Duties

• Assist with plumbing repairs and maintenance as directed.
• Perform mechanical and HVAC-related maintenance tasks.
• Support preventative maintenance activities throughout the property.
• Participate in facility improvement projects and general maintenance work.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Journeyman Electrician certification
• Verifiable experience
• Experience with electrical systems from 480V down to 12V low-voltage systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with plumbing, mechanical systems, and facilities maintenance preferred
