Ideal candidates will have:

• At least 2 years of acute care or managed care experience
• Inpatient, Outpatient, and/or SNF case management experience
• An active CA Nursing License in good standing
• Bring a copy of your resume!

The pay ranges for these positions at commencement of employment is expected to be between $37.50/hour-$40.00/hour for LVN's and $45.00/hour to $50.00/hour for RN's; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, licensure, skills, and experience.

The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.

Qualifications

Education and / or Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of acute care or managed care experience
• Inpatient, SNF, or Outpatient case management experience
• Active CA Nursing License in good standing
