Job Coach Location: Arlington Heights

Hours: Full-Time, Monday - Friday 8:30am-3:30pm (35 hrs/wk)

Pay: $21.35/hr + PAID Training

Job Responsibilities:

The Job Coach is responsible for training and supervising clients at their community based employment sites. Transport clients to and from the job site on a PACE vehicle. Serve as a liaison between employer and the clients at the job site. Maintain necessary documentation.

Qualifications:

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license required
• Must be 21 years of age
