Progress on your journey to success! ECLARO is currently recruiting for an ITSM Asset Management Engineer in the New York, NY area for one of our clients. ECLARO’s client is a leading provider of healthcare workforce software and solutions. If you’re up to the challenge, then take a chance at this rewarding opportunity!

Responsibilities:

• IT Asset management to support the following: IDF / MDF scanning, tagging, and logging in device serial numbers and MAC addresses.
• Record MAC address and device names of all HW endpoints (tag and logging data).
• POS and RFID tagging, logging, and mapping into SNOW.

Skills:

• Experience with Logic Monitor-importing and exporting assets.
• Proficient in Cisco and Aruba Networking-Core route and switch (Cisco) and Wireless (Aruba).
• Ability to provide Asset Management training and onboard for admin staff and ServiceNow ticketing agents.
• SNOW experience with ITSM Module for ingestion of IT assets.
• Knowledge transfer of business processes.
• Experience with Logic Monitor is a big plus.
