Job Skills / Requirements

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide technical support for Post Tracking System (PTS) devices that are utilizing Windows 11. This position will troubleshoot hardware, Windows 11, USB connections and device drivers. The ideal candidate will have general IT support and troubleshooting skills.

Pay

$55,000-$60,000

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and device issues.
• Setup, maintain and support PTS devices.
• Install, test and replace devices.
• Document technical issues.
• Troubleshoot Windows 11, device driver and USB issues.
• Track and update technical support requests.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of IT experience.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving computer and device issues.
• Windows 11 knowledge.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Prefer experience working with PTS.

Working Conditions

• On call support
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
• Travel will be required
