Our enterprise-level client is seeking to add four IT Support Engineers to work onsite in Boston, MA, while focusing on a long-term IT hardware refresh. Please see below for full details—

Job Notes:

• 6+ month contract / long-term extension possible with good performance
• ASAP start date
• Onsite in Boston, MA
• Four total positions
• Drug & Background required.
• Pay Rate = $25-28 w2 per hour depending on experience

Job Description:

The new hires will be handling the IT hardware refresh process. They will work closely with the Client Deskside Team/PMO on the support process. When appropriate, they’ll escalate issues to PMO and Client Services Management on-site. In addition, they’ll work with end-users to ensure the transition of all software and customized settings are complete.

Job Requirements:

• Strong customer service skills
• 3+ years of IT industry experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Specific knowledge of support practices on hardware desktop and laptop devices
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to relate technical concepts to non-technical users
• Experience support remote users a plus
• Ability to follow technical process / documentation required
• Experience creating documentation for end-users preferred
