WILL BE PROFICIENT IN THESE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES BY END OF CO-OP:

• Phone Support, desktop productivity tools, application support, remote access & mobile computing.
• Quickly identify desktop hardware, software, or operator problems and escalate for corrective action.
• Provides direct support in the day-to-day administration of user accounts; duties include onboarding and off boarding tasks, Distribution Lists, E-Fax accounts, and outlook administration.
• Assists in the management of project implementations.
• Be open to assume additional responsibilities as requested and perform ad-hoc duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Strong interpersonal skills and must be able to work successfully on a team.
• Excellent communication skills (written, and verbal)
• Must be creative and flexible to respond quickly and positively to shifting demands and opportunities.
• Demonstrate ability to write professional business communications suitable for end user delivery is to the utmost importance.
• Must possess the ability to work in a high-volume, fast paced, dynamic environment with a positive "can do" attitude.
• Be open to assume additional responsibilities as requested and perform ad-hoc duties as required.

TECHNOLOGY EXPERIENCE:

• Candidates must be familiar in installing, using and troubleshooting Windows 10, Windows 11, Microsoft O365
• Familiarity with any Incident Management software or ticketing system (ex. ServiceNow, IT Remedy, Zendesk, etc.)
• Knowledge in using and troubleshooting such mobile devices as Android/iPhone
• Experience with troubleshooting printers and peripheral devices a plus
• Experience with Active Directory a plus
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and Exchange a plus
• Knowledge of PowerShell or similar scripting languages a plus

Compensation:

Expected Hourly Rate of Pay $25.00 – 27.00

Actual hourly rate of pay will be determined by a wide range of factors including but not limited to role, function, level, experience, qualifications and geographic location.
