Position Summary

Responsible for the delivery, installation, configuration, and support of laptops across various locations. You will work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient deployment of technology assets while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver, install, and configure computers.
• Prepare workstations, peripherals, and software for deployment.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment deployment and status.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site or remotely.
• Follow safety procedures and best practices during deployment activities.
• Communicate effectively with end users and team members.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of deployment storage areas.

Minimum Qualifications

• Prior experience in IT deployment, hardware installation, or similar role preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
