About Us
SalesDraft Recruiting is an agency service that matches aspiring sales professionals & seasoned sales career people to their perfect next gig. We currently have a large client, an insurance district office supporting 35+ local agencies across the Denver metro, that is looking to recruit, train, and develop experienced sales professionals and give them a structured path to grow into leadership. They are known for a family-style culture built on hands-on coaching, consistent training, and helping people build lasting wealth and careers.
This is a W-2, career-track sales position built for experienced sales professionals who are ready to take the next step. You'll sell and service home, auto, life, and business insurance while working through a structured 12-month development program designed to prepare you for advancement into agency leadership. You'll have a defined production track, dedicated coaching, and a clear set of milestones — so you always know where you stand and what's next.
Base salary: $45,000–$50,000, depending on experience and agency. Plus 50% commission on all new business, on top of your base. Typical total earnings: $65,000–$95,000 per year once you're established. Commission breaks down differently by product (auto, home, life, business) and varies by agency.
This position is designed as a direct development track. Over your first 12 months, you'll work toward defined production milestones that position you for advancement into agency leadership and ownership opportunities within our district. Our top performers don't stay in the same seat — they build something of their own, with our full support behind them.
Stable W-2 base salary plus uncapped commission. A clear, milestone-based path into leadership. Hands-on coaching and mentorship from a top 0.5% district. Supportive, family-style team environment.
