Information technology support manager

Liberty Healthcare Corporation seeks to hire an experienced healthcare information technology professional for an available full-time System Support Manager role.

Responsibilities

• Manage technology support services for approximately 1,000 geographically dispersed end users
• Ensure a high level of responsiveness and customer satisfaction with IT support services
• Manage and develop a team of desktop support analysts and IT specialists
• Ensure the timely deployment of technology to new and existing staff
• Proactively identify technology-related risks and develop and manage mitigation plans
• Effectively manage the flow of requests for support and service
• Partner with organizational leadership and end users to identify opportunities for system improvements
• Assess the severity of issues and prioritize responses
• Analyze patterns to identify root cases and improvement opportunities
• Develop policies, procedures, specifications, forms, checklists, flowcharts, and support documentation
• Conduct in-person, virtual, and recorded training sessions for end users
• Continually evaluate current processes to identify areas for increased value, additional efficiency and cost savings
• Prepare various standard and ad hoc reports

Schedule and work setting

You will work primarily Monday through Friday during daytime hours onsite at Liberty Healthcare’s office at 401 E. City Avenue in Bala Cynwyd, PA 19004 with future consideration for hybrid status.

Pay and benefits

Salary commensurate with role responsibilities and candidate qualifications. Qualifications

You are a good fit for this role if you have at least eight years of experience designing, deploying, and supporting information systems solutions consistent with the abovementioned responsibilities for organizations with 750+ end users. Priority consideration will be given to applicants who have a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, although significant work experience will be considered as a substitute. Candidates must be U.S. residents who are legally authorized to work in the United States without need for current or future employer sponsorship.
