Compensation: $90,000–$100,000 for less-experienced candidates; $110,000–$130,000 for senior-level professionals

Position Overview

The Project Manager / Senior Project Manager will oversee commercial mechanical construction projects from planning through completion, with an emphasis on project execution, financial performance, customer satisfaction, and long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will have a background in HVAC, sheet metal, ductwork, or plumbing construction, along with the ability to manage project budgets, coordinate field operations, and deliver profitable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage commercial mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, labor coordination, material procurement, and subcontractors.
• Monitor job costs, project financials, and profitability.
• Coordinate with general contractors, customers, engineers, vendors, and field personnel.
• Manage change orders, project documentation, and customer communications.
• Maintain strong relationships with established customers and project partners.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to specifications.

Qualifications

• Commercial mechanical construction project management experience preferred.
• Background in HVAC, sheet metal, ductwork, or plumbing.
• Understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, cost control, and financial performance.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain productive customer relationships.
• Stable employment history and an interest in a long-term career opportunity.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive base salary: $90,000–$100,000 for less-experienced candidates and $110,000–$130,000 for senior-level professionals. Uncapped performance bonuses: Transparent bonus structure tied to project financial results. High-performing project managers have the potential to earn bonuses exceeding their base salary.
