Hr & accounting assistant (temp position)

Qualis LLC is seeking a HR & Accounting Assistant for a temporary project onsite at the corporation office in Huntsville, AL. The selected candidate will work approximately 2 months (or until the project is complete) to assist with converting paper files to electronic copies.

Essential Duties

• Set up personnel and accounting files on an internal Sharepoint site
• Scan paper files into an internal SharePoint site
• Organize files online
• Assist with updating logo/company name in company handbook
• Other organizational duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Experience in handling HR or Accounting files or have taken a HR or Accounting course.
• Effective organizational and time management skills
• Discretion and the ability to keep data private
• Ability to work at a copier/scanner for extended periods of time.
