Position Overview:

We are seeking a House Manager to oversee the daily operations of a residential home. This role is critical to ensuring that the home is well-managed, staff are supported, and individuals receive exceptional care. The House Manager will be responsible for supervising staff, managing schedules, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Staff Oversight: Supervise and provide leadership to all staff assigned to the home. Conduct regular team meetings, performance feedback, and training.
• On-Call Responsibilities: Is available 24/7 to respond to emergencies or staffing shortages. Cover shifts as needed to maintain adequate staffing levels.
• Program & Compliance Management: Ensure the home operates in compliance with state regulations, agency policies, and licensing requirements. Complete and submit all required reports and documentation on time.
• Client Care & Support: Promote a safe, positive, and person-centered environment for residents. Address and resolve concerns involving residents, staff, and families.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Human Services or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in residential services, including supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and respond to after-hours emergencies.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
