Don- nurse manager

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team, and if is a good fit, can also apply for the Nurse Manager position to oversee the two facilities clinical needs. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for patient care and experience working with adolescents in a mental health setting.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Per diem

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in Residential Mental Health Treatment Center for Adolescents
• Perform health assessments
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and record patient conditions and vital signs
• Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care

Skills:

• Experience in behavioral health assessments and interventions
• Competence in performing medication pass to residents
• Experience working with pediatric patients
• Perform intake assessments
• Ability to provide health coaching and patient education
• Other basic nursing duties as required
