Job Description

THE JOB:

As a Host, you're the frontline hero, the first smile guests see and the heartbeat of our dining experience. Your mission? To dazzle with impeccable courtesy and a lightning-fast welcome, ensuring every guest feels like a VIP from the moment they step through our doors.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Customer Service: Greet guests promptly as they enter the restaurant.
• Reservations Management: Assist callers with inquiries about reservations, restaurant hours, menu options, and special requests. Keep an accurate account of reservations and update regularly to include all reservation details.
• Menu Management: Regularly check menus to ensure they reflect most recent changes and are presented neatly and in good condition.
• Cleanliness and Organization: Monitor and maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the assigned work areas, including host podium.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

At least 18 years of age. Previous experience in a high volume restaurant (Preferred).

Pay Rate:

The rate for this role is: $21.41. This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire. Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage. Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements. Employees in this position are eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plans, and time off plans. Specific program offerings vary by eligibility factors such as geographic location, employment status, and union membership.
