Guardian Angel Senior Services is a family-owned home care company that has proudly served residents throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire for 23 years. We are now expanding into Connecticut! We are looking for an energetic, outgoing, and motivated Hiring Coordinator to join our team and help us recruit compassionate caregivers who make a difference in the lives of our clients.

SCHEDULE

Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt

Compensation: $23–$25 per hour

WHAT YOU'LL DO

The primary function of the Hiring Coordinator is to help grow our caregiver team by attracting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding qualified candidates. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Achieve weekly hiring and recruitment goals
• Conduct applicant outreach and follow-up
• Create, post, and manage employment advertisements
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, job fairs, and other recruitment opportunities
• Review applications and screen qualified candidates
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews
• Coordinate and conduct new-hire orientations
• Complete onboarding tasks, including data entry and document collection
• Maintain accurate candidate and employee information
• Communicate effectively with the Scheduling Team regarding staffing needs and priorities
• Build positive relationships with applicants and newly hired caregivers
• Represent Guardian Angel Senior Services professionally at recruitment events and within the community

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who is high-energy, personable, organized, and driven to succeed. The ideal candidate:

• Is outgoing and comfortable speaking with people all day
• Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Is tech-savvy and comfortable using computers, social media, and employment websites
• Is confident making a high volume of phone calls and following up with applicants
• Can multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Is self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Enjoys working as part of a team
• Has strong attention to detail
• Previous recruitment, hiring, staffing, or related experience is preferred
• Home care experience is a plus!

IMPORTANT

This position requires heavy daily phone and computer use, including frequent applicant follow-up.
