Full Time, Days

Manages the Health information Management department. Manages the HIM technicians. Coordinates all HIM operations and works with other departments within the facility. Performs job analysis and performance evaluations in all areas supervised. Monitors all day-to-day activities with the HIM Department.

Qualifications

Minimum Education /Licensure / Certifications

Degree in HIM management; RHIT or RHIA required.

Minimum Experience

Knowledge of Joint Commission, HFCA, CMS, and licensing requirements.
