Health Coach

$17–$25 per hour (hourly base plus commission) | Meridian & Nampa, ID | In person | Full-time or part-time | Schedule: Minimum 1 weekend day a week

Love fitness, love talking about it, and good at helping someone say "yes" to a plan that works? Nutrishop is hiring a Health Coach who wants to be paid for exactly that.

Nutrishop is a leading provider of meal plans, quality health supplements, proteins and real accountability. As our Health Coach, you coach customers on supplements, proteins, macros and nutrition plans, help them choose what fits their goals, and stay with them until they get results. You earn commission on the customers you help, so your effort shows up in your paycheck.

What you'll do as our Health Coach

• Coach customers on supplements, proteins, meal plans and macros, and recommend what fits their goals
• Build nutrition plans for customers and follow up so they stay accountable and motivated
• Welcome new and returning customers, and turn first visits into regulars
• Sell with customers, not at them: listen first, then recommend
• Help customers with sports performance and general health goals
• Keep the store clean, stocked and welcoming
• Represent Nutrishop at local gyms and fitness events

Health Coach requirements

• 1+ year of sales, customer service or fitness-industry experience
• A drive to hit goals and a competitive streak
• Clear, direct communication and a team-first attitude
• Genuine interest in fitness and nutrition
• High integrity: you do the right thing when no one is watching
• Nice to have: personal training, coaching or nutrition education; supplement or retail experience.

Health Coach pay and rewards

• $17–$25 per hour: hourly base plus commission, based on your performance
