Growth marketing manager

Role Summary

The Growth Marketing Manager is responsible for scaling LiaHia’s presence across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and creator‑driven channels by building and managing influencer partnerships, affiliate programs, and social‑led growth campaigns. This role focuses exclusively on organic social growth, creator collaborations, UGC partnerships, and affiliate recruitment + activation. You will own the full creator pipeline — sourcing, outreach, negotiation, onboarding, content coordination, and performance tracking. This is a remote, freelance role with a monthly base salary + commission (OTE) tied to creator performance and affiliate revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer & Creator Marketing (Primary Function)

• Identify, source, and recruit creators across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Build relationships with micro‑influencers, UGC creators, and niche content creators.
• Manage outreach campaigns using scripts, personalization, and follow‑ups.
• Negotiate partnerships, deliverables, and compensation structures.
• Coordinate content briefs, messaging, and brand guidelines.
• Track creator performance, engagement, and conversions.
• Maintain an active pipeline of 12000+ creators/ month at all times.

Affiliate Program Management

• Recruit affiliate marketers and content creators in the U.S. and Canada.
• Onboard new affiliates and provide them with links, assets, and messaging.
• Monitor affiliate performance, clicks, leads, and conversions.
• Optimize affiliate funnels and messaging angles.
• Run monthly affiliate challenges, incentives, and bonus programs.
• Build a scalable affiliate engine that drives predictable revenue.

Social Media Growth Strategy

• Develop growth strategies for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and Facebook.
• Identify trending content formats, hooks, and viral angles.
• Collaborate with the internal content team to repurpose creator content.
• Analyze platform trends and adjust strategy weekly.
• Maintain a consistent posting and distribution schedule.

Creator & Affiliate Operations

• Maintain CRM or tracking sheets for creators and affiliates.
• Ensure all deliverables are submitted on time.
• Track KPIs: Creator output Engagement Click‑through rates Affiliate conversions Revenue generated Provide weekly performance reports to leadership.

Experimentation & Growth Initiatives

• Test new creator niches, content angles, and outreach strategies.
• Experiment with new platforms (Snapchat Spotlight, Pinterest, LinkedIn creators).
• Identify opportunities to scale creator‑driven growth.
• Build repeatable systems for creator onboarding and activation.

Required Experience & Qualifications

Experience:

3–5+ years in: Influencer marketing Affiliate marketing Social media growth Creator partnerships UGC management Proven track record of scaling creator or affiliate programs.

Skills

• Strong English (C1+ level)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Deep understanding of TikTok, YouTube Shorts, IG Reels, and Facebook content ecosystems
• Ability to manage 12000+ creator relationships simultaneously
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to analyze creator performance
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
