YouTube Marketing’s mission is to know our users, and to connect them to the magic of our products and creators. We make YouTube successful by shaping people’s perceptions of YouTube and inspiring them to engage with us. We’re also responsible for all of YouTube’s marketing activities to consumers, creators, and key opinion influencers.
As a Growth Product Marketing Manager on the YouTube Premium global marketing team, you will be a central part of the growth of the business, leading scaled campaigns across multiple marketing channels, setting global business strategy, running experiments, and marketing initiatives across the YouTube Subscriptions portfolio to unlock long-term growth and retention for YouTube Premium. You will be responsible for shaping our subscription product marketing and business plan, helping users discover the right product, building our paid user experience, partnering with our tech teams to evolve the subscription, and driving impact across our global markets.
To do this you will partner closely with Product, Insights, Regional PMMs, and cross-functional leads to ensure strategic alignment and execute marketing plans that drive subscriber acquisition, engagement, and business impact. This is a highly cross-functional role requiring strong strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and executional excellence.
Know the user. Know the magic. Connect the two. At its core, marketing at Google starts with technology and ends with the user, bringing both together in unconventional ways. Our job is to demonstrate how Google's products solve the world's problems--from the everyday to the epic, from the mundane to the monumental. And we approach marketing in a way that only Google can--changing the game, redefining the medium, making the user the priority, and ultimately, letting the technology speak for itself.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
