Job Summary

Position responsible for the planning, development and management of assigned federal grant programs that the City receives from the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development. Division of Community Investments grants include the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), Housing for Persons with HIV/AIDS (HOPWA), Continuum of Care (CoC), and the Indianapolis Housing Trust Fund.

Works in collaboration with other DMD divisions, city departments, and outside agencies to implement projects and programs that assist low/moderate income households, promote economic development, develop affordable housing opportunities, provide housing and services to Indianapolis' homeless population, and contribute to Indianapolis neighborhood revitalization and community development.
