About the Role:

DRP Truck & Equipment is looking for a driven and experienced General Manager to lead operations at our Bridgeport, TX location. This is an exciting opportunity to take the helm of a dynamic equipment business, where your leadership will directly shape the team, the culture, and the bottom line.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the equipment facility, ensuring efficiency and profitability
• Lead, mentor, and manage staff across sales, service, and parts departments
• Drive revenue growth through strategic initiatives and customer relationship management
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and KPIs to meet business goals
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and key customers
• Oversee inventory management for trucks and equipment

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a General Manager or senior leadership role, preferably in heavy equipment
• Strong understanding of truck and equipment sales, service operations, or fleet management
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and foster a positive, productive work environment
• Solid financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L statements
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Proficiency with business management software and reporting tools
• Valid driver's license required; CDL or industry certifications a plus
