Oak Ridge Nissan is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our dealership in Oak Ridge, TN. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee all dealership operations including sales, service, finance, and parts departments.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales and profitability goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, employees, and manufacturer representatives.
• Lead, motivate, and develop dealership staff to deliver exceptional performance.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies and standards.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities.
• Drive marketing and business development initiatives to increase brand presence and market share.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in automotive dealership management or a related leadership role.
• Strong understanding of dealership operations and financial management.
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data, set priorities, and execute plans effectively.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
