The General Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, operation, and financial performance of the 90-suite Atwell Suites Henderson. This position oversees all hotel departments and is accountable for guest satisfaction, team development, revenue growth, profitability, and compliance with IHG brand standards.

Essential Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of hotel operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Food & Beverage, and Guest Services.
• Drive guest satisfaction scores, online reputation management, and service excellence initiatives.
• Manage hotel budgets, labor productivity, forecasting, revenue management, and profitability objectives.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and retain a high-performing team while fostering a positive culture.
• Ensure compliance with all IHG brand standards, operating procedures, and quality assurance requirements.
• Partner with sales and revenue management teams to maximize occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and market share.
• Monitor financial performance through P&L review and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and well-maintained property in compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Develop community and business relationships that support occupancy growth and brand awareness.
• Provide accurate operational and financial reporting to ownership and corporate partners.
• Lead employee engagement, recognition, and professional development programs.
• Ensure all guest, employee, and company concerns are handled professionally and promptly.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of progressive hotel management experience.
• Previous General Manager, Assistant General Manager, or Director of Operations experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hotel financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and P&L accountability.
• Experience with revenue management strategies, rate optimization, and market analysis.
• Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive guest satisfaction and exceed operational performance goals.
• Experience with hotel PMS platforms, revenue management systems, and hospitality technology.
• Ability to manage multiple departments while maintaining service and quality standards.
• IHG brand experience strongly preferred.
• Previous experience with all-suite hotels, or extended-stay operations is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, as business needs require.
• TAM card required.
