Heartline Staffing is recruiting a General Manager 5 - Food for a full-time, on-site leadership opportunity in Baltimore, Maryland. This high-impact role will oversee large-scale food service operations across one or more sites, with responsibility for service excellence, quality, compliance, financial performance, people leadership, and client relationships.

This opportunity is designed for an experienced food service operations leader who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on operational leadership. The General Manager will set direction, deploy resources, develop high-performing teams, manage financial performance, and build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders while driving initiatives that support growth and customer satisfaction.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The General Manager will lead large, complex food service operations and maintain accountability for business, functional, and operational performance. This leader will manage through others while providing direction, developing talent, allocating resources, and influencing stakeholders across the organization.

The position includes responsibility for employee performance evaluations, pay reviews, and hiring and termination decisions. Success requires strong people leadership, broad operational knowledge, financial acumen, client relationship management, and the ability to influence and negotiate across multiple areas of the organization.

COMPENSATION

• Salary Range: $111,000-$120,000

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Or Equivalent Experience REQUIRED

• Proven Experience Leading Large-Scale, Multi-Unit Food Service Operations REQUIRED
