Job Description

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers – Fort Lee is a medical, science-based physical therapy and balance organization — spelled differently because we are different. Founded in collaboration with physicians, physiologists, and licensed therapists, we deliver prescribed physical therapy and medically based fitness. Our goal is to help every patient move better, feel younger, and reclaim the activities they love.

We are seeking a full-time Client Care Specialist to join our Fort Lee clinic. As the first point of contact for every patient, you set the standard for the experience — greeting people warmly, coordinating their care with our clinical team, and making sure each visit runs smoothly from the first phone call onward. This role rewards strong communication, genuine empathy, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to keep a busy front desk organized. If you are looking for more than just your next job, we would love to hear from you.
