As our Health Information Manager, you will play an essential role in supporting quality resident care by overseeing health records, ensuring documentation accuracy, and serving as a valuable resource for residents, families, healthcare providers, and fellow team members. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about making a difference behind the scenes while contributing to positive outcomes for those we serve.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare documentation practices
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to confidentiality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• A compassionate, service-focused approach when working with residents, families, and colleagues
• Medical Assistant certification, Health Information Management training, or related experience is preferred
