Job Description

As a Front Desk Supervisor, you guide a high-performing team while driving service excellence and operational consistency—creating memorable guest experiences and building a strong path for career growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee front desk operations and ensure excellent guest service.
  • Train, support, and schedule team members.
  • Manage check-in/out, reservations, room blocks, and guest requests.
  • Monitor room availability and support revenue and inventory controls.
  • Handle guest communications, concerns, and service recovery.
  • Process payments, balance cash, and complete daily financial tasks.
  • Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby environment.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational procedures.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; hospitality or leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and guest service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to manage financial transactions.
  • Professional, reliable, and service-focused.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
