Front Desk Team

We’re looking for a friendly, outgoing, and motivated Front Desk Team Member to join our busy, beautiful spa! We’re a membership-based spa with a fun, supportive, and close-knit team. Our front desk is the heart of the guest experience, so we’re looking for someone who loves people, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating a warm and welcoming experience for every guest.

What you’ll do:

• Welcome and check in guests with a positive attitude
• Membership, Gift Card and Product Sales
• Schedule appointments and assist members
• Answer phones and help with guest questions
• Support membership sales and spa services
• Keep the front desk organized and running smoothly
