About the Role

Charlestown Place in New Albany is hiring a full-time Front Desk Receptionist. You’ll be the friendly first face that residents, families, and visitors see, and you’ll help keep the community running smoothly. You’ll work three 12-hour shifts a week, with weekends and four days off every week. Most applicants hear back within 48 hours.

What You’ll Do

• Be the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors, and give them excellent customer service
• Answer and route phone calls, greet and sign in guests, and handle resident requests
• Schedule resident transportation and appointments
• Help with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, mail, and keeping front desk records
• Help residents and staff communicate, and keep the lobby welcoming and organized

What You’ll Need

• Experience in reception, front desk, customer service, or administrative work (required)
• Friendly, professional communication skills in person and on the phone
• Basic computer skills, including email, scheduling, and data entry
• Availability for Monday, Wednesday, and Friday shifts, 7 AM–7 PM
• Must be at least 18 years old
