Front desk office assistant (receptionist)

Starting Pay: $17.50 per hour

Hours: Part-time afternoon hours between 3 pm and 6:15 pm

Location: Rapid City, SD

What You'll Do

• Greet families, answer phones, and help with questions or needs
• Assist with childcare registrations, enrollments, and payments
• Keep records, files, and rosters accurate and up to date
• Help manage daily deposits and basic office operations
• Track program details like attendance, waitlists, and meal counts
• Order and organize office supplies and keep things running smoothly
• Work closely with staff to support childcare and school-age programs

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office; we'll train you on our systems)
