Food Service Manager

Salary Range: $17.00-$22.00 Hourly

Shift Differential Eligibility: $3.00

Location: 901 W. Main St Grangeville, ID 83530

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Safety: Maintain a safe work environment for employees and customers by setting safety as a priority.
  • Food Management: Answering questions about the food items offered, food preparation, adhering to safe and sanitary food handling practices.
  • Leadership and Personnel Management: Train, develop, guide and evaluate food service employees.
  • Customer Service and Site Relationships: Consistently provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Business and Financial Management: Plan and manage store activities to maximize operating profit.
  • Facilities Management: Assist in maintaining appearance standards of paving, lighting, canopy and other physical structures.
  • Personnel Assistance: Maintain a professional and supportive image among subordinates and supervisor.

Physical Demands:

Ability to stand and/or walk for an entire shift, ability to see with 20/40 vision, ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand.

Qualifications:

To meet the basic qualifications for this role you will be at least 19 years of age or older and have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States.
