FOH EAST – Area Clinic Manager (RN Manager)

Location: Nashville, Tennessee

Region: FOH East

Schedule: Full-Time | 2,008 annual hours

Employment Status: Contingent upon contract award and final solicitation requirements

RieLes Group is developing a contingent candidate pipeline for an anticipated Federal Occupational Health (FOH) East Area Clinic Manager position in Nashville, Tennessee.

Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted RN license in at least one U.S. state or jurisdiction
• Master's degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a closely related field
• At least 5 years of supervisory or healthcare-management experience
• Direct, verifiable experience in occupational health, public health, primary care, urgent care, emergency care, or adult ambulatory care
• Current BLS and CPR/AED credentials or ability to obtain required credentials
• Ability to work at the Nashville, TN duty location
• Experience with staffing, scheduling, clinical quality, credential monitoring, and performance management is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Provide clinical and administrative leadership, manage daily clinic operations, supervise clinical personnel, coordinate staffing coverage, monitor credentials and readiness, support onboarding, track staffing and quality issues, and coordinate with FOH and RieLes personnel.
