Floor manager

Big Air is looking for a dedicated Floor Manager! This position requires strong customer service skills, an ability to work under time constraints, excellent conflict resolution skills, a team-minded attitude, accuracy with handling & recording sales transactions, and the ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment. On any given day, we work with diverse array of people. The ideal candidate for this position will be upbeat, confident, and energetic with a passion for kids and adults. This role requires the individual to be able to stand on their feet for long periods of time, supervise the staff, and ensure the safety of our guest.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Must be able to work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays (closed on Christmas & Thanksgiving)
• Able to network with other groups and work with the community
• Manage employees and make sure they are on task
• Able to open and/or close the park
• Customer service
• Must learn computer system and be able to assist customers as needed
