While the industry experience is a must, your background could be in the field, operations, design, sales, or leadership, as long as you know how to keep projects moving, people aligned, and have a real understanding of how work moves from estimate to execution.
You’ll be boots on the ground supporting the field, keeping the customer in the loop, managing priorities, and ensuring the plan still fits the reality on-site. From coordinating sprinkler fitters and foremen to managing materials, inspections, and customer expectations, you'll keep projects moving while adapting to the realities of an active construction site. You'll balance safety, schedule, quality, and profitability by:

Strong communication skills and the confidence to work directly with sprinkler fitters, foremen, and customers. Proven ability to prioritize, manage multiple moving projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
