Position Overview

There is an opportunity to begin a career at the best dealership group! Quirk Auto is excited to announce that we currently have an opening as a Finance Manager. The Automobile Finance manager sells automobiles by understanding and demonstrating characteristics, capabilities, and features; qualifies buyers and closes the sale. We are seeking inspired and motivated individuals who have the desire and passion to succeed. Position available in Braintree.

Key Required Proficiencies:

• Demonstrates automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking drives; explaining warranties, and services.
• Attends to customer, ensuring that a high level of customer satisfaction is obtained.
• Ability to work through all current finance processes including lease and bank approvals.
• Audits all appraisals of trade-in vehicles.
• Ensures that appropriate dealership records are maintained.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Automotive Sales (3 years required).
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to ask for the sale and handle customer requests.
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers.
• Assess individual client needs and think of innovative ways to get results.
• Strong computer skills.
• Experience in managing and organizing work time and work-related activities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and strong willingness to learn.
• Flexible work schedule and have the ability to work days, nights and weekends.
