Field supervisor/project supervisor

Purpose of job: To successfully oversee projects though effective crew management, schedule management, budget management, and other management duties.

Description: The Director of Sales is responsible for the acquirement of new contracts by means of industry research, follow up and execution of the new project. The Director of Sales is to be involved in the kick-off of each new acquired contract and the training of the respective project supervisor. The director of safety is to work closely with the Director of Safety, Human Resources, and the Accounting staff in the beginning stages of new projects. The Director of Sales is the primary contact for new customers until a Project Supervisor is properly trained and prepared.

• Ability to accurately place Project Supervisors in respective new projects
• Exceptional organization, scheduling and time management skills
• Ability to read utility and geographic maps
