Facilities Manager

Schedules: 8:30 am - 5 pm (Monday - Friday) some on call duties will be required for emergencies.

Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 + Benefits (Vision, Medical, Dental, 401K, Paid Time Off, Family Leave)

We're looking for a Facilities Manager who is highly organized, energetic, process-oriented, and efficient. The Facilities Manager ensures that the facility is clean, well maintained, and operating smoothly, supporting a safe and welcoming environment for patients and staff.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee maintenance, housekeeping, and laundry, and kitchen operations
• Manage vendor relationships and bids for services
• Maintain preventive maintenance schedules for all building systems
• Supervise housekeeping staff including hiring, training, and performance management
• Maintain inventory of supplies, tools, and equipment
• Develop and implement emergency and fire evacuation plans
• Provide 24/7 on-call coverage for building emergencies
• Improve systems and processes continuously
• Collaborate effectively with all levels of staff and management
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 5+ years of experience as a Facilities Manager
• Competency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Personnel management experience preferred
• Commitment to drug-free lifestyle and responsible alcohol use
