Fabricator | Weekend Shift (3 12-hour Shifts)

Join a growing manufacturing team producing high-quality composite components used in demanding industrial and aerospace applications. We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented Fabricators to support hands-on production in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble and fabricate parts according to work instructions and manufacturing plans.
• Use hand tools and power tools to finish and prepare components.
• Inspect parts for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow safety procedures and production guidelines.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Manufacturing, assembly, or fabrication experience is a plus; willing to train the right candidate.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to learn new skills.
