Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and coordinating promotional events
• Prepare displays, signage, materials, and event supplies
• Help organize event schedules and logistical details
• Assist with setup and breakdown
• Welcome and engage event attendees
• Provide information about products, services, and promotions
• Help maintain an organized and professional event environment
• Collect attendee feedback and observations
• Coordinate with team members during event activities
• Represent the company professionally at events
• Assist with organizing materials after events

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Energetic, positive, and dependable attitude
• Comfortable interacting with customers and event attendees
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork skills
• Previous event, hospitality, retail, marketing, or customer service experience is helpful but not required
