What you´ll do

The Events & Experience Coordinator supports the design and execution of events, ensuring high-quality, branded experience across all Regional office initiatives and cross-branded company events.

  • Develop event concepts, visual layouts, décor plans, and attendee experience elements that align with company brand standards and desired event outcomes.
  • Curate and source décor, furnishings, experiential elements, and event materials to elevate engagement and create memorable experiences.
  • Conduct comprehensive pre-event readiness reviews and rehearsals, ensuring all event elements, materials, technology, branding, and stakeholder responsibilities are aligned and fully prepared for successful delivery.
  • Oversee all event readiness activities, including venue setup, vendor coordination, production schedules, run-of-show management, and contingency planning to ensure flawless execution.
  • Manages resources needed and ensures timely local execution of initiatives.
  • Lead the collection and analysis of post-event feedback, engagement metrics, and stakeholder input to evaluate event effectiveness, identify improvement opportunities, and drive enhancements for future experiences.

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 4 years' work experience in event production and logistics.
  • Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) experience.
  • Strong organizational skills, proactivity, and ability to prioritize.
  • Strong attention to detail for design and aesthetics.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at once.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%.

The salary range for this role is $75,000.00 and $85,000.00. This range represents the good‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
